I used eXp Realty for my recent purchase of a home in Beachwood, Ohio. This was by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a realty company. I can highly recommend Jacki Somerville, an agent who is courteous, professional, and very hard working. She always made herself available to show us houses and walk us through the buying process at any time, day or night. She is very cheerful and was one hundred percent invested in making sure we got the right house at the right price. Not all agents are extremely knowledgeable about the industry, but in this case, we felt very confident in relying on our agent’s experience and abilities to keep us in the loop at all times.
